great stay with beautiful views
The room was spacious with stunning views over the water and mountains. The staff provided excellent service, especially Paula at the bar, who offered great drink suggestions.
The small isolated community sometimes feels cut off.

I had a fantastic time relaxing in the sauna and soaking in the hot tub after a day of exploring. It was really clean, and the cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. The restaurant could use more diverse options, but it’s still a great place to unwind! 😊

My stay at Siglo Hotel was fantastic. The location offered breathtaking views of the fjord and mountains, truly a visual delight. The room felt spacious and was beautifully decorated. The outdoor hot tub was perfect for unwinding after a long day. Staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed. Breakfast had local pastries that were delicious and fresh, enhancing my mornings. A minor issue was the limited shower facilities near the hot tub and sauna. just one shower made it a bit awkward when you walked wet through the lobby. Also, some noise from guests around the hot tub could be heard at night, but it wasn’t too disruptive with the windows closed. Overall, the beautiful setting and excellent service made it a memorable experience.

Staying in Siglufjörður was a treat! The hotel had a fantastic view of the charming harbour, and we loved exploring the quaint town. The kids enjoyed the relaxing hot tub, while the staff offered great service when we tried the local restaurant, perfect for family meals.
In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast selection could be better for kids.

We had an awesome time hanging out with friends! The hot tub by the bay was a perfect way to unwind after our day exploring the charming fishing town and hiking nearby trails. We also loved grabbing bites at Kaffi Rauðka. The lounge area with a cozy fire and games made our evenings less ordinary.
One downside was the breakfast options, which were limited and didn't quite measure up to our expectations.
